- A customer may try on shoes in a clean, indoor environment to determine fit and sizing and comfort.
- Tags have to be intact. Once the tag is removed the shoes will be considered used and hence cannot be returned.
- Only shoes in new condition (not worn) are eligible for return.
- The original shoe box must be returned without any tape, labels, or other items degrading, altering, or damaging it.
- Eligible returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cant offer you a refund or exchange.
- Restocking fee of 10% is applicable on all returns
